“Since I turned 25, I noticed little lines on my forehead, which I never had before. So, I started using retinol consistently, and that made a really big difference: The way my makeup lays on my face gives me that smooth, flawless look. I feel like I’m 18 again!
I don’t necessarily feel pressured into getting Botox, but I definitely want it—when it’s time. Now, we’re seeing more skin care campaigns with beautiful women in their 40s, 50s, even 60s, so I feel like that expectation of ‘staying’ and looking young is becoming less of an attraction for me.
Now that I’m in the latter half of my 20s, sometimes I’m like, Oh my God—I need to get my life together! I need to start seriously dating! I think about this stuff all the time, especially with my love life and where I want to be in terms of my career as I get closer to 30. But at the same time, this is an age where I feel grown. People take me more seriously. I have a different mindset, and I’m definitely more aggressive when it comes to achieving my goals.”
