The Bright, Bold World of Betsey Johnson Is Rolling Out a New Cosmetics Line—and Everything Is Under $10
When iconic designer Betsey Johnson does something, she does it big, bold and bright—and her latest cosmetics launch is no exception.
Playing up the “fun, fabulous and “free spirited” angle her fashions have always been known for, the new Luv Betsey collection features colorful hues and sparkly, on-trend shimmers that can easily create everything from fast, natural looks to full-on glam ones. The line launches today exclusively at Walmart.com (with a full rollout hitting stores November 1) and everything rings in at an equally fabulous $9.98 price point.
“I was so happy Walmart liked my art work! It makes the packaging come to life!” Johnson exclusively told us. “The packaging is very iconic, very Betsey, very happy. The color range of the product goes from soup to nuts. It goes from beautiful to natural to exciting and extreme!”
Beyond the packaging, the line does not skimp on what’s found on the inside, and includes eyeshadow palettes, a highlighter palette, lip gloss and lipstick sets, a mascara and eyeliner duo, a four-piece brush kit with cosmetics bag and a fragrance.
