Sara captioned the video, “Pehle stomach burn (fire emoticon), Ab Abs ka turn (muscle emoticon), You gotta work so you can earn. The sarso ke saag for which you yearn.”

In the clip, the Love Aaj Kal actor could be seen sweating out on a Pilates reformer machine practising different exercises to strengthen her core and side muscles. She later moved on to work on her back with some weights and pilates-led variation of lunges.
