Paris Hilton Uses an $18,000 Lymphatic Drainage Machine Every Night

In a recent interview with Marie Claire, Paris Hilton lets readers in on her wellness secrets, and she makes it apparent that her beauty starts from within.

Her morning always starts out with skin care—she touts U Beauty The Barrier Bioactive Treatment ($198) and ToGoSpa Patches ($15) as some of her favorites—but she recently tried Viome, a customized supplement company. Since then, she’s been adding a nutrient-packed smoothie to her morning routine, too. “In my smoothie, I put banana, strawberry, goji berries and my supplements from Viome,” she says.

“I’ve really just been focusing on being healthy from the inside out, because I really think that that’s the future of beauty products,” Hilton continues. “A lot of signs of aging and inflammation in our body are usually caused by not getting the right nutrition, so I’ve been relying on my Viome food recommendations and the supplements.” Her other favorite supplement: R3set ($14), which she says help with stress relief and sleep.

Lucky for the star, she also has a wellness center at home, so she is constantly indulging in hyperbaric oxygen therapy and cryotherapy from the comfort of her own home. She also loves going on walks with her dogs in the mountains as well as surfing and skiing.

“And then I also have this lymphatic drainage machine, which I do every single day,” she tells Marie Claire. “It’s called Ballancer Pro ($17,900), so every night while I’m watching TV before bed, I’ll put it on.” Explaining that this device is like a “full-on suit,” she says it drains “everything” out of the body. “You don’t even need to work out, it just makes your body, like, perfect. It’s really cool.”
