The ICSI’s CSEET May 2024 was held in a remote proctored manner on May 4, with a re-exam held on May 6 owing to technical issues. An objective test with 120 minutes to complete including topics such as Accounting, Business Communication, Legal Aspects, and Economic Laws is the standard format for the exam.
Candidates may not be considered qualified unless they receive at least 40 per cent in each paper and a total of 50 per cent in all. There will be no negative marking for wrong answers.
The CSEET is administered multiple times every year, often in January, May, July, and November. The July 2024 exams will take place on July 6. The November 2024 exam dates have yet to be revealed. Notably, registration for the CSEET July 2024 session is now available till June 15. Those who are interested can sign up on the official website.
The CSEET is an important entrance test for those interested in pursuing a career in the company secretarial profession in India. Graduates who pass the test can enrol in ICSI’s CS Executive Programme, a three-year programme.
