The Biggest Loser host Fiona Falkiner and her fiancée Hayley Willis welcomed their first child together, son Hunter, in March last year.

And on Saturday, Fiona revealed her toned tummy over the past five months in an Instagram Stories post, posing in a black crop top and leggings in August 2021 and January 2022, to show off her weight loss

The 38-year-old, who has lost 12kg over the past nine months, told her Instagram followers that she’s ready to embark on her next fitness challenge on January 3.

Fiona shared two images of herself in near-identical black activewear, drawing attention to her slimmed-down physique, and said she was ready to commence her next challenge on January 3: an ab workout series with The Healthy Mummy.

The mother of one, who is a brand ambassador for The Healthy Mummy, also shared the same images to her Instagram page and revealed her New Year resolution is to keep on her health and wellness journey to give her family ‘the best version of me’.

Just days prior on Tuesday, Fiona revealed she’d dropped 12 kilograms and was proud of her journey so far, as she posed in the same red print frock to Instagram.

Her waist and arms were noticeably slimmer, and she looked radiant and glowing.

Back in October, Fiona shared another update on her health kick as she posed for a mirror selfie in the same pink crop top and black leggings she’d worn previously.

Fiona said she’d never ‘been a big fan of the scales’ and was instead focusing on ‘how good’ she feels putting on her jeans without ‘squeezing into them’.

Feeling more in control as a busy mother, Fiona tries to ‘work to a schedule’, moves her body ‘at every opportunity’ and prioritises meal preparation.

Fiona and Hayley announced their son Hunter’s birth in March last year, sharing several photos on Instagram of themselves with the newborn.

‘For two years you were a dream. Over nine months we watched you grow. In a second you stole our hearts, and showed us a love we did not know,’ Fiona wrote.

‘It can feel like a really lonely journey and we created the podcast to make women feel less alone,’ Fiona said.
