elf Halo Glow Liquid Filter ($14.00 for 1.06 fl. oz.) debuted a couple of weeks ago, and it has caught the attention of some readers as a potential dupe to Charlotte Tilbury’s Hollywood Flawless Filter. It definitely looks the part online, and in person, I’d agree that it certainly looks and feels similar (haven’t tested for wear)… I’d say a little less fluid (not in a bad way).
