Diamond Bradley Spring Valley Chicago Murder

The death of Diamond Bradley upset the Spring Valley community, so much so that a local restaurant attempted to raise awareness. In this case, Grandma Rosie’s restaurant offered a reward.

“It kills my heart to publish this, but Grandma Rosie’s is offering a Cash Reward for information leading to the arrest of the individual or persons guilty for what happened to this young member of our community,” the restaurant wrote.

 

 

In this case, officials have now made an arrest. In connection with the teen’s killing, a man known in the neighborhood as “The Russian” has been charged. According to local media, Richard A. Henderson, 26, of 1, is accused of concealing a homicide.

Diamond and Henderson’s cell phone texts were discovered, and police believe he picked her up at approximately 7 a.m. on January 24.

When the girl vanished, her friends and family did everything to locate her. Diamond’s high school conveyed its condolences right away.

In a statement, Hall district officials said, “Our entire Hall High School community has been shocked and grieved to learn of the untimely loss of one of our recent Hall High School students, Diamond Bradley.”

 

Diamond Bradley Missing Case Dateline

Authorities say they’ve discovered the body of a missing northern Illinois kid and are treating it as a homicide investigation.

According to the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department, Diamond Bradley, 16, of Spring Valley, was found dead in a ditch on very remote road in Granville Township on Saturday afternoon.

 

 

On Sunday, an autopsy was performed. Authorities have not released the autopsy results or stated why homicide is suspected.

The girl was last seen at 10 p.m. on January 23 and reported missing the following day. The investigation is being conducted by state, county, and local authorities.

Police are asking anyone with knowledge to contact them. About 100 miles southwest of Chicago is Granville.

 

Diamond Bradley Murderer: Was Anyone Arrested?

Diamond Bradley’s murderer, Richard Henderson, was found guilty. Following the murder of 16-year-old Diamond Bradley, Richard Henderson was sentenced to 53 years in jail.

According to officials, Henderson was found guilty of murder, and the other accusations against him were dropped.

 

 

Henderson was apprehended earlier that year after Diamond’s body was discovered in Putnam County.
