ColourPop x Peeps Glowing Lip Reviews & Swatches

ColourPop Peeps Pink Glowing Lip ($8.00 for 0.06 oz.) is a medium-dark pink with subtle, cool undertones and a soft sheen. It had medium color coverage paired with a lightweight, balm-like consistency that was thin without being clingy and glided on comfortably. The product applied evenly and was fairly forgiving of natural imperfections in texture. This shade stayed on well for three and a half hours and felt hydrating over time.

Formula Overview

$8.00/0.06 oz. – $133.33 Per Ounce

The formula is supposed to have a “glowy” finish that is hydrating and gives buildable color with “buildable, glowy shine.” They managed to feel more velvety and glide-on rather than melty and glossy, despite the end result having a moderate about of shine and glow. As a result, the formula was more like a balmy lipstick than a glossy lip balm.

The coverage ranged from semi-sheer to semi-opaque but were generally in the more medium, buildable range, which was in line with the brand’s marketing. They were fruity in scent but had no discernible taste. The shades applied evenly, felt comfortable to wear, and typically lasted three to four hours with moderate hydrating.

Look Using this Product

ColourPop Peeps Orange Glowing Lip ($8.00 for 0.06 oz.) is a soft, peachy coral with warmer, more orange-leaning undertones and a lightly glossy sheen. It had medium pigmentation, which was as marketed, that applied evenly to my lips but was more prone to catching on lip texture and getting into my lip lines, which was more noticeable over time. It lasted for three hours but felt moisturizing while worn.

ColourPop Peeps Lavender Glowing Lip ($8.00 for 0.06 oz.) is a darker, cool-toned plum with a creamy sheen. It had semi-opaque color coverage in a single layer with a soft, almost melting, cream feel that glided comfortably across my lips. It felt a lot softer than some of the other Glowing Lip shades I’ve tested, though. It wore well for four hours and was hydrating over time.
