ColourPop Ticket to Dreamland 12-Pan Pressed Shadow Palette ($18.00 for 0.42 oz.) is a new, limited edition palette that included three true matte eyeshadows, four sparkle matte eyeshadows, four shimmer eyeshadows, and one pressed glitter (and here we thought ColourPop abandoned including those in a regular eyeshadow palette, pfft!).
Sparkly mattes are not everyone’s cup of tea; I think the concept is interesting, but they tend to result in unnecessary fallout and little sparkle that actually gets on the lid to begin with, let alone what stays on over time. This palette included four of that finish, so for those who love that finish, you may find the palette performs better overall for your preferences.

Come One is a light gold with moderate, warm undertones and a metallic sheen. The texture felt emollient to the touch with more glide, which minimized fallout but ensured opacity. It lasted well for eight hours before fading a bit.

Funhouse is a rich, medium-dark orange-coral with a matte finish. Step Right Up
Step Right Uphad a more transparent base chocked full of gold shimmer and fine flecks of gold glitter. It did include plastic (PET) glitter, so it was not approved for use on the eyes. It seemed to have more pigment/shimmer that wasn’t just glitter compared to the typical pressed glitter by the brand, though. It had semi-opaque color coverage with a more emollient, lightly tacky texture. There was some migration after eight hours of wear.

Vivid
Vivid is a rich, darker copper with moderate, warm undertones and flecks of multi-colored sparkle over a matte finish. The sparkles did not bind with the base, so they tended to get trapped in my brush or result in very light fallout (not many seemed to make it to my lid to begin with). The texture was smooth, more velvety, and blendable, and it delivered full color payoff in one layer. This shade stayed on well for eight hours before fading visibly.

In the Cards is a muted, forest green with subtle, warm undertones and a frosted finish. It had a very emollient feel to the touch, which I felt like inhibited the pigmentation (more semi-opaque but not buildable) and application as it did not go on as evenly, especially when I tried to blend out the edges. Serendipity
Serendipity is a medium-dark, purple-taupe with strong, cool undertones and a moderate amount of green-gold sparkle over a matte finish. There was a fair amount of fallout due to the inclusion of sparkles with the matte base, as most did not bind/adhere. The base had mostly opaque, buildable pigmentation, while the texture was moderately powdery. It stayed on decently for seven and a half hours but had continuous fallout.

Roundabout
Roundabout is a medium-dark taupe-brown with subtle, warm undertones and flecks of sparkle over a matte finish. The texture was somewhat powdery with a tendency for the sparkles to result in fallout as they did not bind with the base. It had opaque pigmentation that wore well for eight hours before fading visibly.

Trance
Trance is a deep gray with cool undertones and a mostly matte finish. It had rich pigmentation paired with a smooth, velvety texture that was lightly powdery in the pan but not prone to fallout during application. There were random flecks of sparkle throughout, but they were not heavily done so I didn’t notice fallout as almost nothing actually translated to the lid. this shade showed signs of fading after eight hours of wear.
