Chanel Ebene (10) Stylo Yeux Waterproof Long-Lasting Eyeliner ($34.00 for 0.01 oz.) is a medium-dark black with neutral undertones and a matte finish. The texture was smooth, lightly creamy–enough not to tug during application–and adhered well to the lower lash line as well as my waterline. It had semi-opaque, buildable pigmentation that lasted well for nine hours before showing signs of thinning/fading.

The Stylo Yeux formula is supposed to be a “waterproof, smudge-proof” eyeliner with a “gentle, soft” texture. I gave up on this formula bit ago, as the majority of shades I had tried had a really firm, stiff, and painful-to-use texture, but new releases have much improved!
They are much, much creamier without being too wet, so they didn’t transfer or migrate easily. The formula was easy (and not painful!) to use even on my waterline. The eyeliners lasted nine hours or more on me.

Chanel Cassis (83) Stylo Yeux Waterproof Long-Lasting Eyeliner ($34.00 for 0.01 oz.) is a deep plum with subtle, warm undertones and a matte finish. I found it applied slightly more evenly and smoothly in practice than when I swatched, though it wasn’t the smoothest or creamiest formula to work with, so it did tug somewhat. It had more semi-sheer to medium, somewhat buildable coverage that stayed on decently for eight hours.

Chanel Brun Agape (943) Stylo Yeux Waterproof Long-Lasting Eyeliner ($34.00 for 0.01 oz.) is a medium-dark brown with subtle, warm undertones and a pearl finish. It had opaque color coverage in a single pass, which was easy to apply in a smooth, fluid motion or built up with shorter, overlapping strokes against the lower lash line. The texture was smooth, lightly creamy but quick to set, which ensured it didn’t gravitate toward fine lines as it was setting. It wore well for nine hours before fading visibly.
