Every year, Ram Navami is celebrated with great enthusiasm and zeal by the devotees of Lord Rama. Lord Rama was the seventh incarnation of Lord Vishnu and is among the most revered gods in the Hindu religion. As per the Hindu mythology, Lord Ram was born on this auspicious day. It falls on the Shukla Paksha Navami, thus observed on the ninth day of the Chaitra month, also marking the conclusion of the Chaitra Navratri festival.

According to the Hindu calendar, Chaitra Navratri is celebrated in March or April. This day is celebrated by worshipping, fasting and following traditional rituals.
While the festivities and Satvik food items have major significance during the Ram Navami celebration, this special occasion is also marked by singing and listening to devotional songs and bhajans related to Lord Rama. This year, Ram Navami will be celebrated on April 17th.

This soulful devotional song from the film Adipurush is sung by Sachet Tandon and Parampara Tandon. It is penned by Manoj Muntashir Shukla. The song celebrates the emotional bond between Lord Rama and his wife Goddess Sita.
