When Naomi Watts launched ONDA, our attention was grabbed by the fact that all of the products she features on her site, from face cleansers to deodorant, are completely natural. Although we knew that she’s a fan of keeping a clean beauty routine, the star spills more of what’s in her beauty lineup in an interview with Who What Wear, and the products are nothing short of elite.
On her five-minute routine:
“My five-minute routine is pretty much my routine all the time,” the star tells Who What Wear, adding that her favorite lipstick is Beautycounter’s Orchid ($32), which she puts on her pout and the tops of her cheekbones for the ultimate monotone, put-together look.
For sunscreen, she’s a fan of Josh Rosebrook’s Nutrient Day Cream SPF 30 ($50); if she wants a little bit of coverage, she goes with Beautycounter’s Dew Skin Moisturizing Coverage ($45); and she spills on coloring her eyebrows, which she says “frame the eyes” and make getting out the door that much easier.
On what she uses at home:
“I have very reactive and sensitive skin,” Watts says. “I know right away if something isn’t going to work for me.” During the day, she uses Dr. Alkaitis’s Organic Night Cream ($72), which she mixes with a lightweight serum, her favorite being Tammy Fender’s Plant Milk ($125).
When it comes time to unwind, the King Kong star takes her makeup off with De Mamiel’s Pure Calm Cleansing Dew ($98) and goes right in with her favorite exfoliant: Goop’s GoopGlow Microderm Instant Glow Exfoliator ($125). For cream, she likes Dr. Alkaitis’s Organic Night Cream ($72), and for serum, although it’s hard to choose between her many favorites, she reaches for one of her all-time favorites: Vintner’s Daughter’s Active Botanical Serum ($185).
On her guilty pleasure products
You either love a bath, or you don’t, but Watts admits to being a lover. “I love a bath soak—I love the Lord Jones High CBD Formula Bath Salts ($65), Vertly’s Botanical Bath Salts ($29)… Yeah, if I had it my way, I would absolutely love to have a bath every single night after a long day,” she says.
She also lives for a good shampoo, adding that Rahua and Innersense are her go to’s. For a self-care day, Osea’s White Algae Mask ($48) and Joanna Vargas Exfoliating Mask ($75) fit the bill.
