James Argent unveils his staggering 11 STONE weight loss transformation after gastric sleeve surgery
James Argent looked unrecognisable as he proudly showcased the results of his staggering 11-stone weight loss on Monday.
Nine months on from his gastric sleeve surgery, Arg, 34, unveiled his noticeable slimmer physique after shedding nearly half of his 27-stone body weight.
Heading for a swim in an outdoor pool in Essex, a shirtless James had a newfound confidence in comparison to April last year, where he posed for a photo in Y-fronts- days before the life-saving procedure.

A beaming James showed no care for the freezing temperatures as he remained determined to kickstart the New Year with his fitness regime.
Dressed in guitar print shorts, Arg’s incredible 11-stone weight loss was clear to see as he headed into the pool for a refreshing swim.
The television personality’s jubilant mood was a stark contrast to his pre weight-loss photoshoot in April where he posed in just a pair of men’s underwear, after battling depression and cocaine addiction.

After swimming lengths up and down the pool Arg got out, donned a pair of designer sliders and hit the shower to warm up.
Two small surgery scars were visible on his abdomen. Arg at his heaviest weighed in at 27 stone but now weighs 15st 7lb.
James previously told The Sun he was on the brink of death but hadn’t listened to doctors when they warned him.
The ‘big wake up call’ came when his mum Patricia wept at the sight of her ‘unrecognisable’ son, who had ballooned after replacing his cocaine addiction with unhealthy food.

After he binged the high-calorie meals, Arg was left exhausted so would stay at home on a regular basis. However, one afternoon she found him in bed and began crying.
He admitted: ‘I could have been a goner, so I just knew I had to do something.’
The surgery saw 70 percent of his stomach was removed in the £10,000 operation, which now means he must not drink liquid half an hour before or after eating, with his much-loved fizzy drinks prohibited.
Diet: Arg admitted he weighed a whopping 27 stone after guzzling down a string of takeaways and fizzy drinks while the coronavirus pandemic left him housebound due to his asthma and morbidly obese state
He said: ‘If I drink water just before a meal it sits above my stomach, and if I eat too soon it can make me sick.’
The reality star now swears by a strict diet of chicken salad, fish and vegetables which he supplements with multivitamins, while limiting his liquid intake to green tea and water.
As well as this, he’s certainly putting his gym membership to use, where he attends boxing, swimming and weight training sessions five times a week.
