And on Tuesday, Fiona revealed her impressive 12kg weight loss over the past nine months, posing in the same red dress before and after her diet and fitness overhaul.
Fiona, 38, looked sensational in the waist-cinching frock and told her Instagram followers she was feeling ‘healthier’ after adopting a ‘better routine’.

Fiona shared two images of herself in the same dress, drawing attention to her slimmed-down physique, and said she was ready to commence her next challenge on January 3: an ab workout series with The Healthy Mummy.

Fiona said she’d never ‘been a big fan of the scales’ and was instead focusing on ‘how good’ she feels putting on her jeans without ‘squeezing into them’.
Feeling more in control as a busy mother, Fiona tries to ‘work to a schedule’, moves her body ‘at every opportunity’ and prioritises meal preparation.
Fiona and Hayley announced their son Hunter’s birth in March, sharing several photos on Instagram of themselves with the newborn.
‘For two years you were a dream. Over nine months we watched you grow. In a second you stole our hearts, and showed us a love we did not know,’ Fiona wrote.

The couple spoke about their ‘tough journey’ through IVF during an appearance on Today Extra earlier this month.
‘It isn’t easy,’ sportscaster Hayley said. ‘You definitely have a lot of failures before you get to this point [of having the baby].’

‘There’s people who haven’t gotten to this point and just had to accept that “that’s life”. We are so blessed to have him with us,’ she added.
The pair, who documented their experience on the What the IVF? podcast, admitted there wasn’t a lot of supportive media available for women trying for a baby.
‘It can feel like a really lonely journey and we created the podcast to make women feel less alone,’ Fiona said.
The couple also revealed they will try for another baby after their wedding.
