Holo’daze
Fenty Beauty Holo’daze Snap Shadows Mix & Match Eyeshadow PaletteFenty Beauty Holo’daze Snap Shadows Mix & Match Eyeshadow Palette ($25.00 for 0.21 oz.) is a new, limited edition palette that includes three more metallic eyeshadows and three matte eyeshadows. It’s an interesting color combination as the mattes are lighter than most of the shimmers, and there are two very light mattes in the palette at that.
I could see this working more readily for someone who does one or two eyeshadow looks or as a companion palette. The quality was decent; the mattes were blendable, though powdery, while the shimmers were less consistent (two were good, one was below average).
Violet Vibez
Violet Vibez is a medium purple with warmer undertones and cooler, violet pearl. It had opaque color payoff that adhered well to bare skin and blended out without difficulty along the edges. The texture felt more emollient, was thin but had a denser feel in the pan itself. This shade stayed on nicely for eight hours before fading noticeably.

Formula Overview
–
The formula is supposed to have “rich, blendable color” that is available in “matte, shimmer, and glitter long-wear finishes.” There were a few distinctive formulas used throughout the palettes in which the eyeshadows are housed, but generally, they were decent eyeshadows that were buildable, fairly blendable, and had decent wear, but I felt like most of the shimmers were thin, a little dusty, and had a tendency to look less shimmery once applied (almost a faded quality to them).
The matte formula was most consistent and had semi-opaque to opaque color coverage that went on fairly evenly and blended out without too much effort, though some deeper shades took longer to diffuse or went on patchily initially and had to be diffused and blended out to a more even application. The wear ranged from seven to eight hours on me before they showed signs of fading.
The shimmer formula was typically thin, dusty, and more prone to sheering out or looking somewhat “faded” and less shimmery after a few minutes on my lid. There were a few shades that seemed to have a denser, thicker formulation that offered greater intensity in its shimmer finish but had light fallout and looked thicker on the lid, so they did not layer as well with the other shades (which were thinner). The wear ranged from six to eight hours before fading.
The glitters had a gritty feel to them, as one might expect of a glitter-packed product, with decent spreadability. The wear ranged from seven to eight hours with light to moderate fallout.

Ingredients
Isostearyl Neopentanoate, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Dimethicone, Butyl Acrylate/Hydroxypropyl Dimethicone Acrylate Copolymer, Trimethylsiloxysilicate, Ethylhexylglycerin, Silica, Talc, Sorbic Acid, Tin Oxide, Tocopherol, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Titanium Dioxide (Ci 77891), Iron Oxides (Ci 77491, Ci 77499), Ultramarines (Ci 77007), Carmine (Ci 75470).
Royal Dazzle
Royal Dazzle is a darker, yellowed peach with flecks of pink and gold sparkle over a more metallic finish. It had semi-opaque, buildable pigmentation that applied decently with a brush but could have been easier to spread out and blend out. I’d recommend using a fingertip or a dampened brush for easier application and greater coverage. The texture was more emollient, almost cream-like, and densely-packed. It lasted well for eight hours before showing signs of fading.
Oh, and I found out this one has smaller, but still, plastic (PET) glitter.

Blood Moon
Blood Moon is a deeper, red-copper with subtle, warm undertones and a smooth, pearly sheen. It had opaque color coverage with a moderately emollient, more dense-packed texture that translated as a thinner layer on the lid. I would recommend using a denser brush to pick up product and use more of a pushing motion than a swirling one. It had opaque color coverage in a single layer, which wore nicely for eight hours before fading.

Concrete Lavender
Concrete Lavender is a very light, pinky lavender with subtle, warm undertones and a matte finish. The eyeshadow had mostly opaque pigmentation that applied well to bare skin–with far less sheering out than I’d expect–and blended out well without becoming uneven. The texture was somewhat powdery, so I’d use a lighter hand or tap off excess prior to applying it to the eye area. It stayed on well for seven and a half hours before fading noticeably.

Honey Splash
Honey Splash is a medium-dark peach with strong, warm orange undertones and a matte finish. It had semi-opaque pigmentation that could be built up to full coverage with a second layer. The eyeshadow had a soft, finely-milled feel but was somewhat powdery, so it sheered out a little too readily but was blendable and easy to work with otherwise. This shade lasted nicely for seven and a half hours before fading a bit.
