Free to Be
ColourPop Free to Be Pressed Powder Shadow Quad ($9.00 for 0.21 oz.) is a new, all-matte, neutral eyeshadow quad that leaned warmer-toned without being too red or too orange. All four shades were pigmented, blendable, and long-wearing with the biggest “con” being that the formula was lightly to moderately powdery, so using a lighter hand or tapping off excess would be ideal. They were more of a velvety-matte, which gave them a denser, more substantial feel.
Just Flow
Just Flow is a light beige with warmer, more yellow undertones and a matte finish. It had mostly opaque, buildable pigmentation with a soft, somewhat powdery texture that had light fallout if I wasn’t careful. It stayed on nicely for seven and a half hours before fading noticeably.

Formula Overview
$4.50/0.05 oz. – $90.00 Per Ounce
The new Pressed Powder Shadow formula is supposed to be “highly pigmented” with an “ultra-velvety and silky” texture that is “long-wearing” and “adheres easily to the eyes.” Most of the shades have semi-opaque to opaque pigmentation that applies well to bare skin, blends out without issue, and lasts for seven to eight hours.
The matte eyeshadows tend to be a little more powdery, though soft and finely-milled, in the pan, while the shimmers have a creamier, dense consistency. Occasionally, the more sparkly or metallic shades apply better with fingertips or a dampened brush.

Easy Does It
Easy Does It is a light brown with subtle, warm undertones and a matte finish. The color seemed to darken slightly if not applied over a flat/matte base (e.g. silcone-based primer or powdered lids). It had opaque pigmentation paired with a soft, lightly powdery consistency that was finely-milled and more substantial. It wore well for eight hours before fading visibly.

Breezy
Breezy is a light-medium brown with warm, more orange undertones and a matte finish. The texture was soft, smooth, and blendable with some substance to it, despite being lightly powdery in the pan. It had opaque color payoff in a single layer, which lasted well for eight hours before fading a bit.

No Cares
No Cares is a rich, medium-dark brown with moderate, warm undertones and a matte finish. The color coverage was opaque in one layer, though the texture was moderately powdery and more prone to fallout if I wasn’t careful to tap off the excess and use a lighter hand when picking up product. It stayed on nicely for eight hours before fading noticeably.
