All a Flutter
ColourPop All a Flutter 5-Pan Pressed Powder Palette ($10.00 for 0.15 oz.) is a new, coral-themed color story that included two shimmery shades paired with three matte shades. I liked the mix of depth and undertone in the palette–though it is a little monochromatic–and felt like it came together cohesively without muddying. The eyeshadows were pigmented, blendable, and wore around eight hours on me.
This palette is one of five in a holiday vault, though ColourPop said they would be available individually when I asked, but they have not appeared individually on the site. It’s not realistic for me to review it as a set (takes much longer, but I also started testing them across sets already, and the system is better setup for a palette, not five palettes within a set, for readability!), so I decided to review them individually still.
Ingredients
Delicate
Delicate is a pale yellow with iridescent pink and silver sparkle throughout. It had a thicker, creamier consistency that was somewhat dense, and while it was workable with a dry brush, it was more prone to fallout. The product applied particularly smoothly with a fingertip. This shade had full color payoff that wore well for eight hours before fading noticeably.

Formula Overview
$4.50/0.05 oz. – $90.00 Per Ounce
The new Pressed Powder Shadow formula is supposed to be “highly pigmented” with an “ultra-velvety and silky” texture that is “long-wearing” and “adheres easily to the eyes.” Most of the shades have semi-opaque to opaque pigmentation that applies well to bare skin, blends out without issue, and lasts for seven to eight hours.
The matte eyeshadows tend to be a little more powdery, though soft and finely-milled, in the pan, while the shimmers have a creamier, dense consistency. Occasionally, the more sparkly or metallic shades apply better with fingertips or a dampened brush.

Airy
Airy is a bright, medium-dark orange-coral with strong, warm undertones and a matte finish. The texture was incredibly smooth and velvety, which ensured no powderiness but kept it blendable on my skin. It had opaque color coverage that lasted nicely for eight hours before fading visibly.

In Dreams
In Dreams is a vivid, medium-dark red-coral base with lighter, peach-to-orange shimmer that gave it a metallic finish. It was richly pigmented with a smooth, moderately dense texture that wasn’t overly firm, so it was easy to use wet or dry. There were signs of fading present after eight hours of wear.

So Elusive
So Elusive is a darker coppery-brown with warm, red undertones and a matte finish. It had a smooth, blendable consistency that wasn’t too firmly nor too loosely-pressed into the pan, which made it easy to pick up and to blend while yielding full color coverage in one layer. It stayed on well for eight hours before fading a bit.
