In such a situation, nutritionist Nidhi Kakkar suggests some methods through which a person can reduce weight.
In a viral video on Instagram, a nutritionist claims that if someone wants to reduce their weight quickly then it is necessary to increase the good bacteria present in the intestines and control the bad bacteria that promote insulin resistance and hormonal imbalance. She calls it Gut Dysbiosis. Hence, she suggests some simple recipes which you can add to your diet to reduce weight.
Fenugreek Cinnamon Tea
To make this, take 1 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds and soak it in a glass of water overnight. In the morning, add a pinch or 1-inch piece of Ceylon cinnamon and boil it for 2-3 minutes. Consume it on an empty stomach in the morning. It will help in reducing weight by regulating your blood sugar level.
Ginger and Lemon Shots
To make this, wash and grate two tablespoons of ginger. Now keep it in a cup and squeeze 1.5 tablespoons of lemon juice in it. Mix this ginger and lemon paste in 2 cups of water and add 1/4 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt to it. Drink one shot of it i.e. less than ¼ cup before eating. Store the rest in an airtight jar. This will help you lose weight by improving your digestion.
Fennel and Celery tea
To make fennel and celery tea, boil 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds and 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds in 150 ml water for 5-7 minutes. Now filter it and drink it by sipping. Drinking it after eating helps in better absorption of nutrition in the body and improves digestion.
