Sofia Vergara is busy. Despite her packed schedule with recent projects, such as her leading role in Netflix’s highly acclaimed Griselda, the 51-year-old actress still finds time to indulge her entrepreneurial spirit. Not only does she manage her skin care brand, Toty, but the Modern Family star just announced the launch of her own coffee brand, ¡Díos Mio! Coffee—available now!

The Colombia native shared the exciting news with her nearly 35 million Instagram followers on Monday, June 3. In the grid post, she’s photographed in the nude, covered in coffee beans, with her hair cascading in flowing curls. In the accompanying caption, she wrote, “Soon enough you’ll be saying Dios Mío too,” tagging the brand, @diosmiocoffee.” She also added the coffee brand’s name in her Instagram bio, right underneath the aforementioned skin care brand @toty.

¡Díos Mio! means “My god!” in Spanish, and it’s often used by Latinos when discovering the perfect taste and flavor, according to the brand’s press release. “¡DÍOS MIO! COFFEE comes from my love of Colombian coffee and my high standards when it comes to the quality of my coffee,” Vergara told the press. “I grew up in Colombia, drinking Colombian coffee. We have spent the last few years creating these blends with an amazing team of female coffee growers behind us. Women represent 30 percent of Colombian coffee growers, and it’s an honor to highlight their families and legacies through ¡DÍOS MIO! COFFEE.”

Vergara partnered with the National Federation of Coffee Growers of Colombia to source authentic Colombian beans for the brand. She’s released three blends dubbed Sweetness (light roast), Balance (medium roast) and Strength (dark roast), each honoring “qualities and characteristics of Colombian women,” per the release. What’s more, ¡Díos Mio! Coffee is now on Walmart’s website, and it comes in a few different options to suit your preferred brewing method: whole and ground beans, K-Cups, and Nespresso pods.

Dark Roast: Strength

The brand describes its dark roast blend, named “Strength,” as robust, featuring subtle cocoa undertones and smoky notes resulting from roasting the beans at higher temperatures for longer than is used for a light or medium roast.

Medium Roast: Balance

The brand’s medium roast, called “Balance,” boasts notes of “nuts, white chocolate, and brown sugar,” per the press release.

Light Roast: Sweetness

The brand’s light roast aims to capture the feeling of a grandmother’s hug, also an “abrazo de abuela in Spanish” within a cup of coffee. It delivers a smooth and fruity flavor profile, described as a “delightful sweetness and a hint of acidity.”

In recent months, Vergara has been openly expressing her passion for coffee. In February, she collaborated with Netflix on a video highlighting her knack for identifying various coffee types and brewing methods. Her skills garnered widespread praise from reviewers, with one commenting, “That is talent. I work with coffee and couldn’t even do that.”

“See? You don’t mess with Colombians and their coffee,” she said during the video. Touché!
