Elizabeth Hurley Shows Off Her Maldive Vacation in Bikini Videos

Elizabeth Hurley has been making us jealous this week with photos from her idyllic Maldives trip. The beauty of her beachside vacation is not all we’re interested in though. Hurley has taken to Instagram to share some seriously impressive bikini moments.

The 58-year-old has stunned us for decades, and the most recent videos from her vacation are no different. Her first post saw her strolling the beaches of the Maldives in a tiny black bikini with brown sunglasses and dangling earrings.

The next installment features Hurley in what seems to be a personal pool eating the breakfast of our dreams. Hurley is floating around in a leopard bikini with her breakfast in the water beside her. Flower in her hair, indulging in a parfait and fresh fruit, Hurley is giving us inspo for our dream summer vacation.

If you, like us, are wondering how Hurley just keeps getting better with age, you’re not alone. In January, Hurley wrote in an Instagram caption that she often gets asked, “How do you stay in shape and what do you eat?” The model and actress answered the questions once and for all. While Hurley admits she doesn’t go to the gym or do any set exercises, she notes that she is extremely active and has a few not-too-restrictive rules around her diet.

“My mantra is: don’t eat too much, too fast, too often or too late. Or, put another way, eat smaller meals, chew properly, ban snacking and eat dinner earlier,” writes Hurley, noting that this is just what works for her. She’s not one for “weird green juices or shakes” and only takes supplements if a blood test finds she’s deficient in something. Instead, she goes a more holistic root.

“I try to have vegetables or fruit equal half of every plate I eat—ie, if I have a sandwich, I also eat an apple. I eat pretty much everything but only have junk food as an absolute treat—and I count junk food as anything that contains any ingredient that I don’t have in my own kitchen, so that includes ‘diet’ and ‘low-fat’ everything, all ready meals, all bought sandwiches, cakes and biscuits and all sodas,” says Hurley. However, this doesn’t mean she doesn’t indulge. “My best investment was a bread maker, and I make a loaf a day. I also make cakes every weekend,” says Hurley.
