How to Use It
First, peel off the plastic protective cover. Then apply the mask to your lower face, starting at your chin and then placing the loops around each ear. You may need to use both hands to stretch the mask over your ears, but it’s meant to be taut. However, it’s not uncomfortable at all. Leave it on for at least 20 minutes.
