Joey Turner has sparked concern amongst his Instagram followers after posting a meme about smoking crack.
In a now deleted post, the former TOWIE star, 20, shared some shocking words said by Hollywood actress Gwyneth Paltrow, 49, during an appearance on The Jonathan Ross Show in 2012.
The meme of Gwyneth’s words read: ‘I’d rather smoke crack than eat cheese.’

Joey’s followers were quick to take to the comments section of his post to express their worry.
One person wrote: ‘I’d rather smoke crake than eat cheese’ – wow aren’t you just such a wonderful, inspirational person. I honestly feel sorry for you.’
Another follower posted: ‘Shocked by this quote – really Joey?’

Gwyneth backed up her controversial comments in 2016, when a fan asked her online: ‘Would you still rather smoke crack than eat cheese out of a can?’
She wrote on her Goop website: ‘Hell yes. You know, crack might be extreme, but spray cheese is not my kind of party.’
Joey also sparked concern last month as he documented his weight loss on Instagram.

Taking to the photo-sharing site, he posted a photograph of himself posing in a bathtub.
The university student wore a stripy suit jacket, leaving it unbuttoned to reveal a ribbed tie-up bandeau underneath.
Lips slightly parted, one finger tracing the bottom, Joey captioned his latest post: ‘I was supposed to be having the time of my life’.

On previous posts of the reality star’s, fans have been quick to express their fears over his weight loss.
One worried follower wrote: ‘Joey, again I say this coming from a good place. You look so poorly my angel. Please reach out and get some help, you are emaciated and look like you could keel over. I know I’ll get trolled for this, but, it’s from a good place. Love & light x’.
Meanwhile others left comments such as ‘icon’ and ‘angel.’

In November, Joey was forced to hit back at fans who voiced their opinions over his new slimmed-down appearance.
The TV star – who left The Only Way Is Essex eight months ago – said in a statement: ‘I am not your role model.
‘If I’m honest I’m not phased by the comments, I just want those who are about me to know I’m okay.

‘I don’t care about the comments simply because it’s hard to care for the opinions of people that know nothing about me, my diet, my metabolism or my medical history with my weight.

Joey recently told The Sun: ‘I weigh seven and half stone, but I don’t weigh myself. I don’t care about how much I weigh. I am skinny, I can’t help that I am skinny. I am not going to apologise to anyone.’

Joey, who at 5ft 11ins has ‘always had a long, thin frame’, reaffirmed that there was nothing to worry about, seeing as he eats what he believes is a healthy diet.
During a typical day, Joey will enjoy a bowl of Special K, a salad for lunch and sushi for dinner. When out, he drinks vodka with water.
‘I don’t eat loads. I am not really a foodie, that’s not me being anorexic, I just don’t care to participate in gluttony,’ he remarked.
