The texture was lightweight, smooth, and like an emollient balm, so thin and spreadable and lightly tacky. It had semi-sheer pigmentation that could be built up to medium coverage if desired. The product applied well to bare skin as well as over foundation, though it lifted up my base slightly one out of two applications. It lasted decently for seven hours before fading visibly.

Formula Overview

The formula is supposed to have “buildable” coverage with an “illuminating” effect that is “blendable” and yields a “bronzy sheen.” The formula has sheer to semi-sheer coverage, which could be built up to medium coverage, but it was easier to work with when applied as a semi-sheer product.
The texture was balmy, emollient, and lightweight with a touch of tackiness, which helped keep it from spreading too readily, but I’d recommend being gentle when pressing it onto the skin with a fingertip to avoid lifting up base products. It was not particularly prone to lifting up base products, but I had it occur twice out of 10 applications.
The product applied evenly and blended out without difficulty. The shades lasted between seven and eight hours on me before fading visibly.
