The incredible waterside home in Sydney used to film the very first season of The Bachelor back in 2013 is now available to rent. 

The sprawling Bayview home, called La Joie De Vivre, is where Bachelor stars Tim Robards and Anna Heinrich fell in love all those years ago. 

The pad features six bedrooms, sweeping water views, it’s own pool and sauna and according to The Daily Telegraph, costs $6,500 per week.

According to its listing, the bond on the place is a cool $26,000.

Bachelor producers have reportedly secured a $2.8million waterfront property on the Gold Coast for the upcoming season, So Dramatic reported.

Daily Mail understands that production has began at a home worth a cool $14.5million. 

Tim and Anna fell in love on The Bachelor Australia in 2013 and married in a stunning ceremony in Italy in 2018.

They welcomed their daughter Elle on November 14, 2020.

‘Introducing the newest addition to our family, Elle Robards,’ Anna wrote, alongside a photo of herself cradling the newborn.
