By this point in her chart-topping career, Shakira had developed a glamorous sense of style that she paired with reserved makeup looks. And this night was no different. Stunning in a crystal-lined corset and flowing pastel pink skirts, the Colombian star kept her makeup light and rosy.
Back in 2014, she told InStyle that the secret to her makeup looks was minimalism. “Keep it simple,” Shakira advises. “I usually wear a natural color on my lips and accent my eyes. I feel like the less makeup I use, the better I look. After so many years in front of the camera, sometimes, I think I look better now than 10 years ago when I wore so much! It’s important to let your own skin shine through.”
