Mohini Ekadashi 2024: Date, Time And 3 Auspicious Yoga On This Day

The Amrit Yoga will take effect from 07:21 pm to 08:25 pm on May 18.

As per astrologer Pandit Kalki Ram, in the Hindu calendar, Mohini Ekadashi will be observed on May 19.

In a year, there are 24 Ekadashi fasts, which means two fasts per month- one in Krishna Paksha and the other in Shukla Paksha. Ekadashi of Shukla Paksha in the month of Baisakh is called Mohini Ekadashi. In the Hindu religion, Ekadashi is considered to have great importance. As per religious beliefs, this day is said to be auspicious and observing fast on this day removes all sins and people get happiness and good fortune. Generally, Ekadashi is dedicated to Lord Vishnu.

As per astrologer Pandit Kalki Ram, in the Hindu calendar, Mohini Ekadashi will be observed on May 19. The Ekadashi tithi will commence on May 18 at 11:23 am and will end on May 19 at 1:50 pm. As per Udaya Tithi, the fast will be observed on May 19. Astrologer Pandit Kalki Ram also found that as per astrological calculations, there are many auspicious coincidences which will take place on the day of Mohini Ekadashi, like Amrit Yog, Siddhi Yog and Sadhya Yoga. All these yogas are considered to be auspicious.

The Amrit Yog will take effect from 07:21 pm to 08:25 pm on May 18. Siddhi Yog will form from 12:25 am to 06:16 pm. Finally, Sadhya Yog will commence from 06:16 am to 07:08 am. During these yogas, observing the Mohini Ekadashi fast and worshipping Lord Vishnu will be beneficial.

As per the religious belief, Lord Vishnu is worshipped by following all the rituals on the day of Mohini Ekadashi. Devotees take baths in Brahma Muhurta and then worship Lord Vishnu to seek his blessings for happiness and prosperity in life.

Along with fasting on the auspicious day of Mohini Ekadashi and worshipping God, you can also chant mantras of Lord Vishnu.
