Kourtney Kardashian Is Now Covered in Tattoos Like Fiancé Travis Barker — See Photos

Kourtney Kardashian might have given fiancé Travis Barker his kabillionth tattoo back in May 2021, but the reality star appears to have decided to get inked herself — everywhere. Kardashian debuted her new tattoos via her Instagram stories on December 28.

In the photo, you can see that Kardashian, sitting on Barker’s lap, was not shy whatsoever when choosing where she wanted her tattoos. A butterfly, flanked by flowers, sits slightly above her chest, and images of praying hands, butterflies, flowers, a spider, a skull and crossbones, and snakes appear to decorate her arms. Her thighs are also covered in ink, with another flower making an appearance on her right thigh.

If you’ve gotten this far thinking that these tattoos are for life, think again. Artist Cheyenne Randall specializes in adding realistic-looking tattoos to photos, so the ink on Kardashian is literally for the aesthetic.

Barker shared the photo to his Instagram grid on December 28. Based on the comments that crowded his comments section, Kardashian’s “new look” was met with mixed reactions. One Instagram user expressed their dissatisfaction by writing, “Terrible… I know that is fake… But why you are doing this..??” On the other hand, other Instagram users were elated to see the her covered in body art like her fiancé. “I hope she makes them permanent,” a commenter wrote.

Kardashian isn’t known to have any permanent tattoos — yet — so was this artistic rendering of her way of hinting at a possibly inked future? Either way, it’s safe to say Barker will likely get more. He’s expressed his love by way of the ink not once, but twice this year. In addition to Kourtney’s turn with the tattoo machine, the Blink-182 drummer got an image of Kardashian’s lips tattooed to his arm back in October.
