And James Corden, 43, has said that he feels ‘incredible’ after working hard and shedding the pounds this year.
Revealing his secrets, the talk show host detailed that he took the plunge and joined the dieting group WW, formerly known as Weight Watchers, at the beginning of the year.

James said: ‘Let me tell you, WW really works. I am down 28 pounds since the start of the year, and for the first time, the weight I’ve lost hasn’t come back. It’s game changing and I feel incredible.’
He detailed the group’s new programme which was individually tailored to suit his needs and added that he ‘now knows how to eat and live healthier in a way that’s manageable’.
The Late Late Show host, first rose to fame playing overweight teenager Jamie in ITV drama series Fat Friends.
He explained that he now understands healthy eating is a ‘way of life’ as opposed to a ‘temporary solution’, especially during the festive season.

Speaking in an interview with People he said: ‘This time of year has traditionally been a struggle for me when it comes to healthy living.’
But he added: ‘I’m entering the holiday season more confident than ever. It’s my favourite time of year, and it’s so liberating to know that I can still enjoy the foods I love most and never deprive myself.
‘What’s working for me is realizing this isn’t a temporary solution, this is a new way of life.’
He then joked: ‘I love that my clothes fit better, but I just love ice cream a little bit more than that.’

James previously praised his wife Julia for supporting him on his weight loss journey. Speaking back in May, he said: ‘My wife has been incredible in this, in my whole journey with food she’s been really, really amazing with me.’
‘And I’ve really found this past five weeks like I’m on the start of a journey that I’m determined to finish, and I feel that I can.’
Despite his hatred for exercise he explained: ‘I’ve lost 16 pounds. And I’ve been doing some exercise, which I hate. I just can’t bare it, so I’m using the word hates. But my wife is so good at it.’
Speaking on SiriusXM’s The Howard Stern Show, he detailed how when he gets time off work he just wants to be ‘laying down’ not breaking a sweat and going to the gym.
When asked how he’s feeling, James said: ‘I feel like I’m getting better. I’m trying, but I feel like there’s still a way to go.. I’ve lost just over 35lbs’.
Howard then asked if the Late Late Show host is working out, with James admitting that he’s not a fan of hitting the gym in his free time.
He explained: ‘I’m trying to, but I suck at it. I’m so bad at it. It’s terrible. There are so few hours in the day that are just my own, do you know what I mean?
‘I’ve got three young kids. We have the show and all these things. I feel like, “Hang on a minute. I’ve got an hour here where I’m on my own, and I’m doing something that I absolutely hate”. I should just be laying down.’
