The former TOWIE star, 35, showd off his slim frame as he stopped by a laundrette and sported a green T-shirt with navy shorts.
The media personality also wore a pair of orange sneakers with white sports socks while he wore his locks in a slicked back style.

Arg lost a huge amount of weight after undergoing life saving gastric sleeve surgery back in 2021 which saw him drop from 27 stone to 14.
In an interview with the MailOnline back in February the star revealed he was finally feeling confident with his body after he also had surgery to remove his excess skin.
After the results of his gastric sleeve surgery, Arg was left with excess skin around his stomach, causing further self-esteem issues that he needed to tackle.
He admitted to still wearing triple XL swimming shorts pulled up to his belly button to disguise the loose skin despite the weightloss and being sober for over a year as he continued his recovery with drug and alcohol abuse.
But now, after having a tummy tuck, Arg said he was looking forward to summer for the first time in years because of the results of his surgery, as well as his commitment to overhauling his life, have finally come to fruition.
James said: ‘I am confident in the bedroom now… regardless of whether it’s romantically or by a beach or in clothes, across the board I am more confident now in all of those areas.
‘Whether you’re a man or woman or have a dream body from the outside, everyone has certain parts of their body they wish they could improve, or they don’t like no matter who you are.
‘I am body confident now. Don’t get me wrong I still want to improve and get into the gym and tone up more, but I’ll absolutely be confident when summer rolls around.’

Earlier this year, James James spoke out about his battle with drug addiction, admitting: ‘I battled with it for years.’
The former The Only Way Is Essex star recalled the tough memories of his troubled past but insisted he was now clean, sober and in a much better place.
He told Nana Akua on GB News: ‘I battled with that for a number of years. But I’ve got through it and I’m doing alright. I’m doing well. I’m clean, sober, and I have been for a long time now.’
James also spoke candidly about his struggle with his weight which was heightened during the coronavirus lockdown before he opted for a gastric sleeve.
He said: ‘I kind of didn’t really have a very good routine and structure and definitely used food to balance that out when I wanted comfort. Being locked down for me wasn’t easy.
‘You know some people really got into their exercise and they’d be doing at home workouts while other people really quite struggled.’
Revealing how his relationship with food has played out over the years, he continued: ‘I had a bad relationship with food. I would either do no exercise at all and binge eat or I would starve myself and train three times a day.
‘I was either morbidly obese or slim. I was constantly yo-yo ing.
‘I now have a great relationship with food and with exercise and I have got the balance right. I am proud of what I have achieved.’
