Curb your smoking

It’s no secret that smoking can shorten your life span significantly.

David said: “Smoking can affect almost every part of your body including vision, skin, heart health, lung capacity, and your blood and immune system.

“It is never too late to quit smoking, according to the World health Organisation, if you quit at 30, you can expect an extra 10 years of life. Whilst quitting at 40, gives you an extra nine years of life, and at 50 another six years of life. If you want to quit, get in touch with your GP who can provide you with the necessary support and materials to help you on your journey.”
