Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1 cup chopped spring onions
  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • Pepper
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 cup crumbled paneer/tofu
  • 4/5 rice paper sheets

How to Make?

  • Step 1: Saute all your veggies until they are properly cooked.
  • Step 2: Next, add salt and pepper to the mixture.
  • Step 3: Proceed by placing a good amount of cooked vegetables onto a rice paper sheet.
  • Step 4: Seal the dumplings securely by wrapping the paper around the filling to prevent any spillage.
  • Step 5: Air fry the dumplings for approximately 15 minutes or until they achieve a crispy exterior.
  • Step 6: Serve alongside either chilli oil or garlic sauce for added flavour.

  • 2 thick red chillies
  • 3 red bell peppers
  • 5/6 garlic cloves

  • 1 tbsp salt

  • 150 grams paneer
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes
  • Basil leaves

How to Make?

  • Step 1: Begin by baking bell peppers and tomatoes alongside garlic and a sprinkle of salt.
  • Step 2: After baking, carefully peel the peppers and tomatoes.
  • Step 3: Toast 15-20 almonds. Then, in a blender, combine the baked bell peppers, paneer, toasted almonds, Italian seasoning, sun-dried tomatoes, and your choice of milk.
  • Step 4: Blend the ingredients until smooth, then toss the sauce with cooked pasta and fresh basil leaves.
  • Step 5: Mix thoroughly and enjoy.
