Glow Like JLo With This Pat McGrath Powder

This past Sunday, MTV awarded icon Jennifer Lopez with the reverent Generation Award. The legendary pop sensation wowed the red carpet in her form-fitting, all-black attire, but the real show-stopper was her effortlessly glowing skin. Lucky for us, Lopez’s makeup artist, Mary Phillips, shared all the products she used to keep JLo looking fierce and flawless all night long.

Phillips kept Lopez’s skin fresh and glowing under the lights with one simple product: Pat McGrath Labs Skin Fetish: Sublime Perfection Setting Powder ($39) in shade Light Medium 2. She stuck with McGrath Labs to highlight JLo’s gorgeous cheekbones, using the soon-to-launch Divine Blush Duo ($44) in shade Paradise Glow and the Divine Glow Highlighter ($48) in shade Golden Moonlight.

Loyal to the brand, Phillips also used exclusively Pat McGrath Labs products to give JLo that sexy, smokey cats-eye look. For the lids, she used two different McGrath palettes: Mothership I: Subliminal Palette ($128) in shades Ultimate Taupe, Depth and Xtreme Black and Mothership VI: Midnight Sun Palette ($128) in shade Astral Solace. Phillips also used both the PermaGel Ultra Glide Eye Pencil ($29) and the Perma Precision Liquid Eyeliner ($34) to subtly enhance the eye. JLo is gifted with long lashes, so all that Phillips needed in that department was the Dark Star Volumizing Mascara ($32).

Phillips tied together this effortless glam look with a sleek and shiny nude lip using the PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil ($29) in shade Super Natural, MatteTrance Lipstick ($39) in shade Flesh 1 as a base, and topped it off with Lust Gloss ($29) in shade Nude Negligee. It’s not hard to look fabulous when you’re Jennifer Lopez, but with a quick trip to Sephora and a splurge in the Pat McGrath Labs aisle, we can all glow like JLo.
