Erectile dysfunction diet: Can this diet help treat erectile dysfunction?

The study from the University of Athens explored the link between erectile dysfunction (ED) and hypertension (high blood pressure).

They found a diet that targets your blood pressure readings, could improve your libido as well as your cardiovascular health.

Researchers put 250 men with an average age of 55 on the Mediterranean diet: rich in unprocessed whole foods, olive oil, fruit, vegetables and grains, while cutting back on red meat and dairy.

The Mediterranean diet is credited with lowering cholesterol and thereby reducing the risk of heart attacks and strokes. So, it won’t just boost your sex life, it might even save your life.
