CD
ColourPop CD Lippie Pencil ($5.00 for 0.04 oz.) is a deep, reddened burgundy with cool undertones and a matte finish. It had opaque pigmentation in a single layer, but when layered up, the color itself deepened considerably. As a result, this led to the product looking more uneven in color when applied all-over my lips (where it’s hard to get exactly one layer and not have to go over bits again!).
This worked well for lining along the edge of my lips, but it wasn’t as smooth or as even in coverage when used all-over. It lasted for over six hours, felt a little drying over time, and left a stain behind.
- ColourPop Payasa (P, $5.00) is lighter (95% similar).
- ColourPop Boarding Pass (LE, $5.00) is lighter, warmer (85% similar).
- ColourPop Grunge Girl (LE, $5.00) is darker, cooler (85% similar).
- Bite Beauty #042 (P, $18.00) is more shimmery, lighter, warmer (80% similar).
- Bite Beauty #044 (P, $18.00) is lighter, warmer (80% similar).

Good and Plenty
ColourPop Good and Plenty Lippie Pencil ($5.00 for 0.04 oz.) is a dusty, medium pink with subtle, warm undertones and a matte finish. It had opaque pigmentation in a single stroke, which applied comfortably across the edges of my lips in a smooth, fluid motion as the texture was velvety.
I was able to get a fairly evenly and smooth layer of product when I used it to fill in my lips, though the formula emphasized lip texture/lip lines considerably. This shade wore well for five hours and was slightly drying over time.
