He’s the personal trainer who helped A-Listers like Rebel Wilson and Rita Ora shape up while in Australia. 

But on Saturday, fitness mogul Jono Castano showed off his very own body transformation following a 10-week challenge. 

Posting to his Instagram, the 31-year-old flaunted a before and after collage, showcasing his incredible weight loss results having shed 13kg.

In the first picture, the business owner’s stomach appears to be bloated. 

Meanwhile, in the second image, Jono’s abs appear to have returned and his biceps are also more defined. 

‘10.5 weeks… I’m back!’ he simply captioned the mirror selfies.  

Jono’s challenge comes after he admitted to putting on ’15kg’ while on a trip overseas earlier this year. 

Daily Mail has reached out to Jono for comment on his recent fitness journey.

In the past Jono shared his top tips to getting a leaner and meaner body with Daily Mail Australia. 

In December 2020, the buff hunk, who runs Acero Gym in the Sydney urged people to start off their fitness journeys slowly.  

‘If your goal is to eat healthier, or add exercise to your routine, you’ll be more successful by starting with small changes – and building on them,’ he says. 

Of course, the best results are achieved with the right fuel, and Jono encourages everyone to understand the importance of what goes into their bodies.

‘The iPhone already has a health tracker app and there are many apps out there to count your calories,’ says Jono. 

‘If losing weight is a goal, your intake needs to be less than the calories you burn daily.’

The ripped hunk also recommends getting a little bit of help along the way, to help achieve the best possible outcome.   

‘Personal training is an investment to help you get – and stay – on track,’ says Jono.

‘It doesn’t need to be on-going thing, but it can certainly help with results and show you new ways to train for optimal effect.’
