Urvashi’s fondness for the colour pink was prominently showcased in her outfit choices at this year’s Cannes.
Urvashi Rautela has been making headlines with her stunning red carpet-moments at the 77th Cannes Film Festival. Just when we thought her appearance in the fuchsia pink ruffled gown was extraordinary, she dazzled in another shade of pink that will surely leave fashion lovers in awe. For the premiere of L’Amour Ouf (Beating Hearts), Urvashi chose a custom-made garden gown from the fashion designer Michael Cinco. Her ensemble is inspired by the Spring Bloom in Cannes and features elegant shades of pink and lavender.
It also boasts an off-shoulder neckline and a mermaid-shape adorned with a floral embroidered cape, which comes with a 9-foot train. According to Urvashi’s Instagram post, this floral cape alone took 61,000 hours to complete. The stunning gown highlights Urvashi’s graceful style and made a memorable impression on the Cannes red carpet.
Urvashi’s jewellery picks for the ensemble were equally impressive. She wore a custom-made diamond necklace with matching floral earrings and rings from Philipp Plein. In terms of makeup department, Urvashi went for black smokey eyes paired with a subtle hint of pink eye shadow and stones, black eyeliner, kohl kajal, mascara-coated lashes, contouring, highlighter and nude shade lipstick. She styled her hair in a high ponytail with front bangs in a side parting.
At this year’s Cannes, Urvashi’s love for the colour pink was widely displayed through her outfit choices. For the premiere of The Apprentice, Urvashi wore a pink corset dress from Polish fashion designer Dorota Goldpoint. Her ensemble boasts crystals around the waist, natural fabric, hand-finished details, a one-shoulder design adorned with embroidered flowers and a unique asymmetrical silhouette with a ruffled appearance. She further elevated the look with a cape adorned with fur along the hem. Diamond earrings from the brand Zarmilkas, green strappy pointed heels, and a white fury clutch finished her overall appearance.
And how can we miss her first red carpet moment in Khaled and Marwan’s pink corset gown? The corset gown featured a strapless neckline embellished with delicate rhinestones. It also boasts pleated detailing at the waist, a thigh-high slit, pink lacy gloves and a majestic tulle shrug that gracefully draped off her shoulders. To add finishing touches to her appearance, she chose a bejewelled hairband and diamond jewellery from Aariya Official.
